Selling Digital Products

Did you know that there are HUNDREDS of companies on the Web that will pay you HALF of all sales you generate for selling their digital products? That’s like being a REAL partner!

When I first started in this industry there really weren’t many options for guys like me to sell other peoples products, but this has quickly changed over the years. Now you can partner up with a company to sell their products and you can make just as much (if not more) as the partners of the company itself… 50% of ALL sales!

As a matter of fact, I’ve seen companies offer as high as 90% of all sales. Why? Because they use these products as ‘Loss-Leaders’, which basically means that they don’t mind making little or nothing on a product since they know how to make money from these customers on the ‘Back-End’. The Back-End products are often the higher-ticket items offered to existing customers.

Remember this rule of marketing?

“You make 80% of your revenue from 20% of your (existing) customers”

It holds true for Bricks-and-Mortar businesses and it also holds true for online businesses too. Once a customer has bought from you one time (and feels comfortable with your services), they are more likely to buy from you in the future. This is why many companies offer such huge payouts.

These payouts are normally on lower-ticket products (anywhere from $20-$100 in most cases), but we don’t mind at all if we’re making 90% of the sale – do we? In many cases you even get paid on the back-end products too!

These savvy entrepreneurs KNOW the money will be made on the ‘Back-End’ so they don’t mind losing a little money up front on development of these lower priced products.

Remember, these are ‘digital’ products, so it’s almost like they’re selling ‘air’. It doesn’t cost them any more to sell extra copies of their digital products so they’re not as concerned about offering you such high payouts.
